Do you require a credit check?
No. We do not perform credit checks. Our goal is to make premium appliances accessible to everyone in the Denver area regardless of credit history.
Is there a down payment?
No. Your first month’s rent is the only thing due at the time of installation. We don't believe in hidden fees or large security deposits.
How soon can I get my appliances?
We pride ourselves on speed. Most customers receive their delivery within 24 to 48 hours of completing the request form.
How much does it cost?
Standard rates for a 6-month term: $40/mo per machine or $65/mo for a set.
Discounts: Save $5/mo with AutoPay or by signing a 12-month term.
Short Term: For agreements under 6 months, single machines are $60/mo and sets are $95/mo.
How do the rental agreements work?
Our standard agreement is a 6-month minimum term. After that, your plan automatically converts to month-to-month, allowing you to return the equipment at any time with no penalties.
Is delivery and installation really free?
Yes, for the vast majority of homes. As long as there is clear access with our dolly to the laundry area, even with stairs, it's free. If there are exceptionally difficult stairs, landings or tight spaces that require a second person for safety, there is a $50 fee (waived if you have someone available to help us navigate the stairs).
What brands do you provide?
We use a rotating inventory of reliable brands like Whirlpool, Kenmore, and GE. While we can't guarantee a specific brand, we do guarantee a high-quality, fully tested unit that works perfectly.
What if the machine stops working?
Maintenance is 100% free for the life of your rental. If a machine has issues, we will repair or replace it within 3 business days at no cost to you. (Covers normal wear and tear).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
What if I move?
If you move within our Denver service area, we can help relocate your machines for a small transfer fee. If you move outside our area, you can simply return the machines at the end of your current month (standard term rules apply).
